Aretha Kemp Grant served as Administrator at Triple E Adult Daycare for approximately 20 years before passing the torch to her daughter Lauren. As Administrator, Aretha made it her mission to provide a warm and welcoming environment, that represented a home away from home for the client population. Through offering client centered care, Aretha was also able to provide opportunities to the local economy by hiring local individuals as support and care staff.
Aretha is a Long-Term Care Administrator, and has extensive experience in adult health. This involvement includes public and private health care settings such as hospitals, doctor’s offices, nursing homes, assistant living facilities, etc. Currently she focuses on field visits with potential clients and caregivers, where she shares a wealth of knowledge and explains service offerings that are available at Vitality. She ensures that each client and caregiver is well informed about what to expect when entrusting Vitality with his/her care.
When Aretha isn’t being superwoman, she enjoys mentoring local teens and young adults in her community. She also enjoys traveling with her family and singing. Aretha states, “I would like Vitality to continue the legacy of Triple E and it’s values, but propel it into the new age with fresh ideas and new experiences
